Inner tube has split along a seam so no cycling until I can get to buy a new one. On the plus side, I'm back to running and jogged round a 6k loop today.
It was so nice to be out running again on such a beautiful day. The vineyards are now in full harvest since (I think) Tuesday and there's some seriously heavy equipment to dodge. It's all to the good, though.
I have also signed up for another marathon. This one is the Marathon Des Villages in the beautiful coastal area of Cap Ferret on the Atlantic Coast near Bordeaux.
