I wanted to get 4k done today so I was going to do the Alderly path twice. I just couldn't get going, fell over twice on the wet grass and my legs just felt hollow and empty. Frankly, I stopped after 2k.
This evening I went back out and did the other 2k. It wasn't as poor as the first foray but was far from wonderful. Distance done, though.
