It was a beautiful evening yesterday. I was away from work early and had a meeting on the far side of town. So I walked there, a little over 12 km. On the last part, I stepped in a little pothole, stumbled but didn't quite fall. Today I have nasty pain in the front of my lower leg.
It came up slowly this morning as I walked to work and then went away. Same on the way back. So I thought I should still go for a run, which I did. As it got worse, I tried to run through it. Big mistake...
