Horse and Country.

Had a fantastic run today, joining Helen (my lovely wife) who was riding out on a friends horse, improbably named Chester.  Helen showed me a nice route across some vineyards that I can use to extend my normal route.  I hope to build up to doing several circuits of this as I head towards the marathon in (gulp!) five months.

The route can be seen here though poor "Ches" did struggle a little as he's not used to being out on his own so I had to spend some time running back and forth while he sorted himself out.  Bless...
