Very cold the last few weeks and icy under foot. Had what could have been a nasty fall when I slipped on ice so I've done little running this month. Instead, I've done a lot of walking just to keep moving.
Going home for Christmas and have to decide whether to come out of the Jogging Closet. Watch this space...
