I got so wrapped up in my holiday that I shut the Semi de Paris completely out of my mind. And it's in a week. Eek! I haven't done more than 10 km in a month and I'm signed up to do more than twice that next weekend!
<Pause to catch breath and clam down.>
OK, have to do some running but not too much so I'm rested for the actual day. Plus I need a confidence boost as I really feel badly prepared.
I'll go for a short run today and then try to do 10 km or more on Thursday. Nothing else as I am supposed to be taking it easy before the race. Hah! I've been taking it easy for a month. Not good...
