Resolutions...

It's New Years Day and, slave to tradition that I am, it's time for the annual review of the last 12 months and planning for the next.

Last year was a year of big changes for me.  Mostly in translating thoughts into deeds as far as losing some weight and getting fitter.  I feel I've made a good start dropping 15 kg (30 lbs) and starting to jog for reasonably long sessions.

Goals for this year? Get below 100 kg (another 15 kg or so).  Run the half marathon in Paris.  Run the full marathon in Medoc.

Let's see how we get on...
